Aligning on strategic objectives
The meeting brought together representatives from the federal and regional partners involved in the consortium. Participants aligned on the strategic objectives of BE‑AIFA, including enabling access to European AI infrastructure, supporting users across sectors, and strengthening Belgium’s integration within the wider European AI ecosystem.
In addition to governance and operational setup, the session focused on defining the initial priorities for implementation. This included the onboarding approach for users, the coordination between partners, and the development of services that connect Belgian organisations to AI Factories and other relevant European initiatives.
