AI Antenna BE

IMEC, as data controller, will process your personal data in order to register you for the services and activities organised within the framework of the BE-AI Factory Antenna (BE-AIFA) initiative. 

In order to organise BE-AIFA activities efficiently and to inform you about services, events, or opportunities that may be relevant to you, your contact details may be shared among the BE-AIFA partners, who may act as joint controllers for these personal data.  

These partners include Belspo, Cenaero, Adn, Belnet, Cetic, FPS Bosa, FOD economie, KU Leuven, Multitel, Sciensano, SCK Cen, Sirris, UAntwerpen, Ugent, Uhasselt, UCLouvain, ULB, ULiege, Umons, Unamur, VIB, and VUB.  

In addition, IMEC, as coordinator of the BE-AIFA initiative, may report limited personal data (such as contact details, participation records, and minimal required data) to the relevant funding authorities in order to comply with applicable funding and reporting obligations. 

IMEC and its partners will process your personal data solely for the purposes described above and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your data at all times.
